Welcome to FIT4MOM Las Vegas offering Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby, and Body Back classes to the Las Vegas Valley! Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your membership or class pass.

Payment for Monthly Memberships

We accept payment by debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards, cash, or check (please make checks payable to, “Community of Moms LLC dba FIT4MOM Las Vegas”). Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Billing periods will reflect a 30 day cycle beginning on the 1st day of purchased services. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically every 30 days for all memberships. If a Member should change debit/credit card companies, have an updated expiration date, or a new billing address, these changes must be submitted via client Front desk accounts. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $10 re-processing fee. Please see below for our monthly hold and cancellation policy.

Authorization for payment

My signature below authorizes FIT4MOM Las Vegas to initiate a charge to the account entered into Front Desk for my dues. This authorization is to remain effective until I have cancelled my membership in writing via email to lasvegas@fit4mom.com.

I have the right to stop payment on an Electronic Funds Transfer debit by notifying my bank. This, however, does not void my contract with FIT4MOM Las Vegas to fulfill my payment commitment and I am obligated to pay. Dues will be drawn monthly from the account on file on the day of the month when the membership was started. The processing date for debit cards may vary due to banking procedures. If charges are returned they will be subject to a late fee. Members are responsible for updating their credit card information online. Members may not attend class who have unpaid balances. If a membership remains unpaid it may be cancelled and reported to collection services for any remaining payments.

Managing Member and Class Pass Client Accounts

All FIT4MOM Las Vegas Members and Class Pass clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting:http://www.lasvegas.fit4mom.com and selecting the “client login” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Front Desk client account management system. Clients may also access this site by visiting https://fit4mom-lasvegas.frontdeskhq.com directly. All FIT4MOM Las Vegas Members and Class Pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Front Desk account prior to participating in any of our programs.

Class Pass Payments

We accept debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards, cash or check (please make checks payable to, “Community of Moms LLC dba FIT4MOM Las Vegas”) for these passes. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class.

Stay Informed

Our main method of communication with you regarding FIT4MOM Las Vegas programming is through e-mail. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please let us know so we can confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add FIT4MOM Las Vegas to your “acceptable” e-mail list so that our e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email lasvegas@fit4mom.com for all business matters.****

Credit/Refunds

There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs.

Hold Policy

Members may place their membership on hold for reasons such as; pregnancy leave, long extended vacations, injuries, etc. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 4 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per year. Holds will start and end during a Member’s regular billing cycle. After the maximum hold period has been reached, the Member’s original Membership contract will resume. Members must notify Kimberly Owensby or Karen Sauer directly at lasvegas@fit4mom.com 7 days prior to the desired hold start date. Instructors are not authorized to activate holds. Any requests received after a Member’s billing date will be prorated accordingly- holds do not need to coincide with billing dates. There is a $10 per month charge to place a membership on hold. If a Member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the Member will be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement- hold periods DO NOT count towards the Member's monthly contractual obligation. When a hold period is ended, the monthly auto payments will automatically resume on the return date. It is up to the client to keep track of their return date.

Cancel Policy

Month-to Month Memberships may be cancelled so long as the Member provides at least 7 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. 9 Month Autopay Memberships are in effect for the entirety of the purchased membership period and are automatically debited every 30 days from initial date of purchased services. Should a Member decide to no longer attend classes, the Member is still required to fulfill the contractual agreement for their Membership Package. ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless notice is received by FIT4MOM Las Vegas. In order to cancel a membership, the Member must notify FIT4MOM Las Vegas via email informing us of the request for cancellation. Without an email confirmation from a FIT4MOM representative, the cancellation does not exist. It is up to the Member to obtain this confirmation. We regret there are no exceptions. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the Las Vegas franchise. Once a membership is cancelled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal enrollment fee. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships. If you cancel your membership, or if FIT4MOM cancels it for good cause during its contract term, FIT4MOM will charge you a cancellation fee of the balance owed or your first three months of dues. Your cancellation fee will be the sum of 3 month's dues, or remaining balance on account. Cancellation fee will become effective upon date terminated with the credit card on file.

All purchases are non transferrable and non refundable.

Stroller Policy for Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre

Children must remain in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class.

**INCLEMENT WEATHER: We train in the rain! FIT4MOM Las Vegas will ONLY cancel classes in cases of inclement weather. Class cancellations due to these conditions will be announced at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Announcements of any such cancellations will always be communicated on our website, www.lasvegas.fit4mom.com. Feel free to call or text us at 725.300.6969 for any questions.


**A NOTE ON NEW MEMBER ITEMS: Occasionally, certain member items may have a delayed shipment time from our suppliers. If a member t-shirt or tube is not included when you sign up, you will receive one as soon as they arrive!

**TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESISTANCE TUBING and Sponge Balls! Tubes can crack or tear as a result of heat from cars, rubbing the ground, getting caught in between stroller wheels, and being used on concrete. The anticipated life of your tube is about 6 months, but can vary greatly depending on the wear and tear. Always check for nicks and tears and replace immediately if worn down. New tubing may be purchased for $10 each/sponge balls $15 from your Fitness instructor. We suggest marking your equipment with your name in permanent marker.

We will not hold classes on the following holidays this year:

New Year’s Eve, December 31st

Occasionally, classes may be canceled due to scheduled racing events in which FIT4MOM Las Vegas is a sponsor or has an official race team.
