This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to anyone, not just FIT4MOM members. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. *Strollers welcomed!

Not just for moms, this program is perfect for any woman looking to connect with a supportive running community. Most training runs however offer stroller friendly routes for those who might need to bring along their little workout buddy for those runs.
