Run Club 2020 Session (payment plan option)

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet twice per week for group runs along with cross training workouts, and we run rain or shine.

Our Training Program includes:

•A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
•Weekly coached training runs
•Integrated Strides 360 cross training program (bi monthly)
•Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!
•Weekly educational clinics presented in our online forum

•Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
•Fuel samples
•FUN and UNIQUE opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club Sisters while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!

Available Sessions:

FALL 2020:

Henderson- Wednesday evenings at 6:30PM and Saturday mornings at 6:30am beginning the week of August 31, 2020.

Summerlin- Tuesday evenings at 6:30PM and Saturday mornings at 7AM beginning the week of August 31, 2020.
