Women's Empowerment Series: Self Defense Class, October 21

$25Purchase required to enroll

To nurture and protect is a beautiful gift and here at FIT4MOM Las Vegas we would like to extend this care to our Las Vegas community. We are teaming up with Tivoli Village, Battle Born Krav Maga and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police to provide woman within our community an opportunity to dedicate some time to themselves and their safety!

Join us for a 3 hr session led by Battle Born Krav Maga that will train you to be safer in your community. This session will teach a key principle of Krav Maga - the skill of deeper awareness of your surroundings. Through theory and practical training, we will educate you on how to utilize tools and put into practice, principles necessary in protecting yourself and your loved ones should the need ever arise. We are fortunate and grateful for the support of LVMPD Officers during this session, who will provide a briefing on our community as well as educating us on keys factors to be aware of.

This session is open to women of all ages and abilities. No previous experience required! We will provide a setting that is safe and supportive so you can get the most effective lesson on self defense and safety awareness. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided complimentary.
